Mike Service Pro provides on-site and remote services, including:
Computer & laptop repair
Phone & tablet repair
Household appliance setup and repair
Mobile auto diagnostics and light repairs
Service availability may vary depending on your location within the DFW area. We'll issue an announcement when the services are available in other cities or states.
3. Service Appointments
Appointments may be booked via phone, website, or text.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies, weather, or technician availability.
A service call fee may apply if a customer cancels or is unavailable without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payments
All pricing is quoted in USD and may vary depending on service type, distance, and part requirements.
Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
Accepted payment methods: cash, debit/credit cards, and electronic transfer.
All parts used are new or certified and specified during the estimate.
A diagnostic fee may apply if the customer decides not to proceed after inspection.
5. Warranty
We offer a 30-day limited labor warranty for all services performed unless otherwise stated.
Replacement parts may carry manufacturer warranties.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water damage, or additional accidental breakage after service.
6. Liability Limitation
Mike Service Pro is not liable for:
Data loss during repairs or installations
Damage from unauthorized repairs by third parties after our service
Delays caused by part availability or manufacturer issues
Customer-supplied part failures
Customers are advised to back up data before service.
7. Customer Responsibilities
By booking a service, you agree to:
Provide accurate service information (model, symptoms, etc.)
Ensure a safe and accessible working area for technicians
Make timely payments
Refrain from unauthorized tampering after repair
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
Refunds (full or partial) may be considered on a case-by-case basis, typically for failed repairs or part delivery issues.
No refund is provided for diagnostic services once completed.
9. Use of Website
All content on our website (mikeservicepro.com) is the property of Mike Service Pro and may not be copied or used without permission. We may update website content and services at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved under Texas jurisdiction.
